What I do at Rangeline Group
• Assist in day-to-day operations to include filling in as business needs demand to include occasional after-hours and weekend work.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, adjusting to meet turn goals and customer needs.
• Development, communication, and implementation of effective strategies and processes, both short-term and long-term, increasing company efficiency and risk management.
• Development and tracking of budgets, equipment plans, key performance indicators, and key metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase market range and look for new markets.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure adherence to all company best practices, operations processes, quality standards, and safety standards, as well as compliance with governing bodies.
• Build company image by collaborating with customers, employees, suppliers, and industry organizations enforcing ethical business practices
• Evaluate each current technician within the Rangeline Group to establish their level.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on projects
• Work with the Safety Director to create SOPs regarding safe work practices and procedures.
