- Conduct performance evaluation processes by consolidating field feedback and operational data.
- Enforce company expectations, accountability, and safety culture across field teams.
- Escalate personnel, safety, and operational concerns to the Director of Operations with recommended actions.
- Coordinate with the Project Administrator to ensure field activity aligns with project documentation, compliance requirements, and reporting timelines.
- Ensure required job documentation, field reports, and operational records are completed accurately and submitted timely.
- Support project setup and closeout processes by validating operational inputs and field completion status.
- Act as the operational liaison between field teams and administrative staff to prevent gaps or delays in documentation and compliance.
- Escalate compliance risks, documentation issues, or jurisdictional concerns to the Project Administrator.
